Rococo Architecture: A Look

Rococo architecture, also known as the late baroque or rocaille style, is a flamboyant, ornamental, layered and complex style of architecture which was developed in the late baroque or early Rococo period of the early French and European periods. It blends elements from different art periods and styles and is characterized by huge, almost continuous gardens and large courtyards.
